SALON SEVEN IS A PRIVATE, APPOINTMENT-ONLY HAIR SALON SERVING PREFERRED CLIENTELE DURING BUSINESS HOURS. WALK-IN CLIENTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
ALL APPOINTMENTS MUST BE REQUESTED AND APPROVED THROUGH OUR ONLINE SCHEDULING SYSTEM.
ALL NEW CLIENT APPOINTMENT REQUESTS ARE APPROVED AT THE DISCRETION OF THE MASTER STYLIST.
ALL NEW CLIENTS MUST BOOK “NEW CLIENT SERVICES” ONLY.
REQUESTS FOR RETURNING CLIENT SERVICES BY NEW CLIENTS WILL BE ADJUSTED PRIOR TO APPROVAL.
ALL NEW CLIENT APPOINTMENTS REQUIRE A $75 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT, PAID VIA ZELLE.
THE DEPOSIT SECURES YOUR APPOINTMENT AND MAY BE RESCHEDULED ONE (1) TIME ONLY IF REQUESTED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT TIME.
FAILURE TO RESCHEDULE WITHIN 24 HOURS WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF THE DEPOSIT. A NEW DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK A FUTURE APPOINTMENT.
AT THIS TIME, SALON SEVEN SERVICES SHORT HAIR ONLY.
CLIENTS WITH HAIR LONGER THAN 4 INCHES SHOULD NOT REQUEST AN APPOINTMENT. A PHOTO MAY BE REQUESTED FOR VERIFICATION. APPOINTMENT REQUESTS THAT DO NOT MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS WILL BE DECLINED.
SALON SEVEN DOES NOT PROVIDE HAIR SERVICES TO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 10.
MASKS ARE REQUIRED DURING THE ENTIRE SERVICE APPOINTMENT.
SALON SEVEN DOES NOT PROVIDE MASKS. CLIENTS MUST BRING AND WEAR THEIR OWN MASK.
FAILURE TO COMPLY MAY RESULT IN REFUSAL OF SERVICE.
CHILDREN ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE SALON UNLESS THEY ARE RECEIVING A SCHEDULED SERVICE.
CLIENTS ARRIVING WITH CHILDREN NOT BEING SERVICED MAY BE ASKED TO RESCHEDULE OR SERVICE MAY BE REFUSED.
A 48-HOUR NOTICE IS REQUIRED FOR ALL CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULE REQUESTS.
• CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULES WITHIN 48 HOURS WILL INCUR A $25 CANCELLATION FEE.
• CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULES WITHIN 24 HOURS WILL INCUR A SERVICE FEE OF 50% OF THE TOTAL REQUESTED SERVICES.
APPOINTMENTS CANCELED 48 HOURS OR MORE IN ADVANCE WILL NOT INCUR FEES AND MAY BE RESCHEDULED WITHOUT PENALTY.
A NO-SHOW IS ANY CLIENT WHO FAILS TO ARRIVE FOR A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.
NO-SHOW APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE SCHEDULED SERVICE TOTAL.
ALL DEPOSITS WILL BE FORFEITED.
REPEATED NO-SHOWS MAY RESULT IN BOOKING RESTRICTIONS OR PERMANENT REFUSAL OF SERVICE.
CLIENTS ARRIVING MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE MAY BE REQUIRED TO RESCHEDULE AND MAY BE SUBJECT TO FEES.
ON-TIME ARRIVAL IS REQUIRED TO ENSURE FULL SERVICE AND TO RESPECT OTHER CLIENTS’ APPOINTMENT TIMES.
APPOINTMENTS SCHEDULED BEFORE OPENING OR AFTER CLOSING HOURS REQUIRE A $25 AFTER-HOUR FEE.
UPON AVAILABILITY, APPOINTMENTS REQUESTED ON CLOSED BUSINESS DAYS REQUIRE A $35 CONVENIENCE FEE.
ALL AFTER-HOUR APPOINTMENTS ARE APPROVED AT THE DISCRETION OF THE MASTER STYLIST AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED.
ALL SALON SERVICES MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE LEAVING THE SALON.
AFTER-HOUR FEES, CANCELLATION FEES, AND DEPOSITS ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE.
SALON SEVEN RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE OR DISCONTINUE SERVICE TO ANY CLIENT WHO:
• FAILS TO COMPLY WITH SALON POLICIES
• ARRIVES SHOWING SIGNS OF ILLNESS
• FAILS TO WEAR A MASK
• BOOKS INCORRECT SERVICES
• ARRIVES LATE
• DISPLAYS DISRESPECTFUL OR DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR
REFUSAL OF SERVICE MAY RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF DEPOSITS AND FUTURE BOOKING RESTRICTIONS.
