SALON SEVEN is a private, exclusive hair salon servicing preferred clients by appointments only during business hours, therefore; we DO NOT accept walk-in clients.
Our salon takes pride in offering our online "No-double Booking Scheduling System" which ensures that our clients receive professional hair salon service in reasonable time.
For the courtesy and respect of our client's time, we DO NOT OVERBOOK APPOINTMENTS! Once you book an appointment, your appointment time is reserved especially for you.
*ALL NEW CLIENT APPOINTMENT REQUESTS ARE APPROVED PER THE STYLIST DISCRETION.
*ALL NEW CLIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO BOOK "NEW CIENT SERVICES" ONLY!
*IF YOU ARE A NEW CLIENT AND REQUEST A RETURNING CLIENT SERVICE, YOUR APPOINTMENT REQUEST WILL BE DECLINED.
*ALL NEW CIENT APPOINTMENT REQUIRE A $75 DEPOSIT. DEPOSITS ARE PAID VIA ZELLE AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! YOUR DEPOSIT SECURES YOUR NEW APPOINTMENT AND MAY BE RESCHEDULED 1 TIME IF REQUESTED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT. IF YOU FAIL TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT WITHIN 24 HOURS, YOUR $75 DEPOSIT IS FORFEITED.
We require a 48 hour cancellation notice prior to your scheduled appointment date/time, otherwise we will charge you a cancellation fee as described below:
* A $25 CANCELLATION FEE will be charged if you cancel/reschedule 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment date/time.
* A SERVICE FEE of 50% of the total amount of your requested services will be charged if you cancel/reschedule 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date.
If you are not able to make your scheduled appointment, please go online and cancel/reschedule your approved appointment at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
If appointment requests are canceled/rescheduled 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, cancellation and/or service fees WILL NOT apply and we will gladly reschedule your appointment.
If you are running late, please call/text us and we will do our best to accommodate you upon your arrival. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment.
Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated to ensure that you receive your full service and that other clients are not inconvenienced.
If you do not cancel/reschedule your appointment and DO NOT SHOW for your appointment, you will be marked as "NO- SHOW".
* A "NO-SHOW" FEE of 100% of the requested service amount will be charged to your card on file and you WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SCHEDULE a future appointment with SALON SEVEN.
