SALON POLICIES

"MASK" POLICY

  • MASKS ARE REQUIRED DURING YOUR ENTIRE HAIR SERVICE APPOINTMENT.
  • SALON SEVEN DOES NOT PROVIDE MASKS FOR CLIENTS. 


  • YOU MUST BRING AND WEAR YOUR OWN MASK FOR THE DURATION OF YOUR SERVICE.

NEW CLIENT POLICY

 • ALL NEW CLIENT APPOINTMENT REQUESTS ARE APPROVED AT THE STYLIST’S DISCRETION.


• ALL NEW CLIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO BOOK “NEW CLIENT SERVICES” ONLY.


• IF A NEW CLIENT REQUESTS A RETURNING CLIENT SERVICE, THE APPOINTMENT REQUEST WILL BE ADJUSTED PRIOR TO APPROVAL.


• ALL NEW CLIENT APPOINTMENTS REQUIRE A $75 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT, PAID VIA ZELLE.
THIS DEPOSIT SECURES YOUR APPOINTMENT AND MAY BE RESCHEDULED ONE (1) TIME ONLY IF REQUESTED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT TIME.


• IF THE APPOINTMENT IS NOT RESCHEDULED WITHIN 24 HOURS, THE $75 DEPOSIT IS FORFEITED.
SHOULD THE DEPOSIT BE FORFEITED AND YOU WISH TO BOOK ANOTHER APPOINTMENT, A NEW $75 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED

CANCELLATION POLICY

SALON SEVEN REQUIRES A 48-HOUR NOTICE FOR ALL APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULE REQUESTS. FAILURE TO PROVIDE PROPER NOTICE WILL RESULT IN FEES AS OUTLINED BELOW:


• A $25 CANCELLATION FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR APPOINTMENTS CANCELED OR RESCHEDULED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT DATE AND TIME.


• A SERVICE FEE OF 50% OF THE TOTAL REQUESTED SERVICES WILL BE CHARGED FOR APPOINTMENTS CANCELED OR RESCHEDULED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME.


• CLIENTS WHO ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND THEIR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT MUST CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE ONLINE AT LEAST 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE TO AVOID FEES.


• APPOINTMENTS CANCELED OR RESCHEDULED 48 HOURS OR MORE PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED TIME WILL NOT INCUR CANCELLATION OR SERVICE FEES, AND THE APPOINTMENT MAY BE RESCHEDULED WITHOUT PENALTY.

NO SHOW POLICY

 A NO-SHOW IS CONSIDERED ANY CLIENT WHO FAILS TO ARRIVE FOR THEIR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.


• CLIENTS WHO FAIL TO SHOW FOR A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE TOTAL SCHEDULED SERVICE AMOUNT.


• ANY DEPOSIT PAID WILL BE FORFEITED IN THE EVENT OF A NO-SHOW.


• NO-SHOW APPOINTMENTS MAY RESULT IN RESTRICTIONS ON FUTURE BOOKINGS AND MAY REQUIRE PREPAYMENT FOR ALL FUTURE SERVICES AT THE STYLIST’S DISCRETION.


• MULTIPLE NO-SHOWS MAY RESULT IN PERMANENT REFUSAL OF SERVICE.


SALON SEVEN VALUES THE TIME OF BOTH OUR CLIENTS AND OUR STYLISTS. NO-SHOW APPOINTMENTS DISRUPT THE SCHEDULE AND IMPACT OUR ABILITY TO SERVE OTHER CLIENTS.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE, PLEASE CALL OR TEXT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. WE WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO ACCOMMODATE YOU UPON ARRIVAL; HOWEVER, IF YOU ARRIVE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE, YOU MAY BE REQUIRED TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT.


PROMPT ARRIVAL IS GREATLY APPRECIATED TO ENSURE YOU RECEIVE YOUR FULL SERVICE AND TO AVOID INCONVENIENCING OTHER CLIENTS.

AFTER HOUR APPOINTMENT POLICY

APPOINTMENTS SCHEDULED BEFORE OPENING HOURS OR AFTER CLOSING HOURS WILL REQUIRE AN ADDITIONAL $25 AFTER-HOUR SERVICE FEE.


• UPON AVAILABILITY, APPOINTMENTS REQUESTED ON CLOSED BUSINESS DAYS MAY BE ACCOMMODATED FOR AN ADDITIONAL CONVENIENCE FEE OF $35.


• ALL AFTER-HOUR APPOINTMENT REQUESTS ARE APPROVED AT THE DISCRETION OF THE MASTER STYLIST.


• PLEASE NOTE: ALL AFTER-HOUR APPOINTMENT REQUESTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED AND MAY BE DECLINED

"NO CHILDREN" POLICY

DUE TO LIMITED SEATING AND IN ORDER TO PROVIDE COMFORT, PRIVACY, AND A PEACEFUL EXPERIENCE FOR ALL CLIENTS, CHILDREN ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE SALON UNLESS THEY ARE RECEIVING A SCHEDULED SALON SERVICE.


• SALON SEVEN DOES NOT PROVIDE HAIR SERVICES TO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 10.


• CLIENTS WHO ARRIVE WITH CHILDREN WHO ARE NOT RECEIVING SERVICES MAY BE ASKED TO RESCHEDULE OR SERVICE MAY BE REFUSED.

REFUSAL OF SERVICE

SALON SEVEN RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE OR DISCONTINUE SERVICE TO ANY CLIENT WHO:


• FAILS TO COMPLY WITH SALON POLICIES AND PROCEDURES


• FAILS TO FOLLOW MASK REQUIREMENTS


• ARRIVES SHOWING SIGNS OF ILLNESS OR REPORTS SICK SYMPTOMS


• BOOKS AN INCORRECT SERVICE OR FAILS TO DISCLOSE ACCURATE HAIR INFORMATION


• ARRIVES LATE OR FAILS TO RESPECT APPOINTMENT TIMES


• DISPLAYS DISRESPECTFUL, DISRUPTIVE, OR INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR


REFUSAL OF SERVICE MAY RESULT IN THE FORFEITURE OF ANY DEPOSIT PAID AND MAY REQUIRE REBOOKING AT THE STYLIST’S DISCRETION.


SALON SEVEN’S POLICIES ARE IN PLACE TO MAINTAIN A SAFE, PROFESSIONAL, AND RESPECTFUL ENVIRONMENT FOR BOTH CLIENTS AND STAFF.
